» Help Desk migration. [ December 21, 2009 ]
The migration of the new help desk and the integration with our online billing and pre-sales system is now complete. Previous users of the Help Desk will have to recreate their accounts and we will activate it immediately for you. All open tickets will be migrated after the new accounts are activated.
» Adverse weather. [ January 11, 2010 ]
Do to the adverse weather conditions we are running a little behind at the moment. Please check your tickets for updates on service call times.
» Support call updates. [ January 13, 2010 ]
All support call install dates have been updated and are accurate now. Delivery dates for hardware are still unstable due to adverse weather in the UK (HP Distribution).
» Problems accessing some hosted servers [ January 22, 2010 ]
Problems accessing some hosted servers (web/email)

This only seems to be affecting some users that have not yet migrated to the new Parallels platform.

Update [1815]:

This has been identified as one server (synge) that was flooding the network with traffic. We have disconnected this server from the network pending investigation. Only users with email or websites on synge are affected at this time.

Update [2130]:

Main issue was a compromised customer webapp, and the server will be live for most customer sites soon, but the server has developed a secondary issue with its disk array so we expect performance to be affected for a few hours while it rebuilds.

Update [2320]:

The server is running normally now.
» Hosted server upgrades. [ February 01, 2010 ]
Maintenance will be continuing on the hosted server platform over the coming weeks. We will be in touch with individual account holders to update them of progress.
