HP and 3Com today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which HP will purchase 3Com, a leading provider of networking switching, routing and security solutions. LANCAST will soon be in a position to strengthen and consolidate its 3Com and HP networking strategies through new accreditation and accessibility to the 3Com range.

Final testing and integration of the new Help Desk to our customer billing and CMS system is now complete and beta testing is over. The new version of our Help Desk is now ready for use.
