HP and 3Com today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which HP will purchase 3Com, a leading provider of networking switching, routing and security solutions. LANCAST will soon be in a position to strengthen and consolidate its 3Com and HP networking strategies through new accreditation and accessibility to the 3Com range.
